Grow Yourself to the Next Level with the Creative Mind Method

The Creative Mind Method is grounded in spiritual psychology based on the work of Carl Jung, the latest research in neuroscience, and the time-tested, spiritual wisdom of the East. Explore the mysteries of consciousness, work through the hidden patterns that drive your behavior and limit your ability to create abundance, and gain tools to work with your mind to get the success you desire doing what lights up your soul.

There is a reason why you feel stuck. You hit a wall and it isn't because you aren't working hard enough or because there are not enough opportunities out there. The Upanishads give us the wisdom to expand your worldview and self-perception so that you can identify with your higher nature. By understanding the apparent reality v. the absolute reality you can navigate your life in a more meaningful and fulfilling way. Life challenges become small with the right understanding and you can experience bliss by connecting with the real You.

This retreat is for you if you:

  • have a strong desire to make a difference in the world and would like to incorporate Eastern Spirituality in your work;
  • are a coach, therapist, or spiritual practitioner who wants a deeper understanding of the wisdom of the Upanishads to help others;
  • are a student interested in Yoga traditions and wants to gain practice techniques to apply the wisdom in your everyday life;
  • are open-minded and ready to have a breakthrough to go to the next level of understanding your true, spiritual nature.

In this retreat, you will experience...

  • Increased sense of well-being and reduced stress
  • Deeper connection to your spiritual purpose
  • Improved personal and professional relationships
  • Mind-Body Balance
  • Personal empowerment towards having a meaningful and abundant career

What is Self-Awakening?

Debra Berndt Maldonado, Co-Founder of Creative Mind

You have a desire for deeper understanding and self-knowledge. I can relate. Early in my twenties, I started to read self-help books to look for answers that I couldn't find from the Roman Catholic church. The more I read, the more questions I started having about life, my soul, spiritual beliefs and my purpose. My self-awakening began.

There is a misconception about enlightenment - that somewhere there is a solid finish line. You cross a threshold from non-enlighted to enlighted like a flip of a switch. In my decades of study, I've never found that finish line and I've come to realize that there never was one.

Even if you studied these deep philosophies for the rest of your life, you will always grow and learn something new because with each level of awareness comes a new understanding and direct experience.

Self-Awakening is a process. It happens in cycles and layers. There is nothing wrong with seeking and the constant desire to understand yourself on all levels. In fact, that is a sign of mastery, not a weakness.

Over the years I dabbled in studying Buddhism and Eastern Spirituality, but my real growth started when I began reading The Bhavagad Gita & The Upanishads. These texts gave me the answers that no other tradition had given me before. The teachings shine the light on common human misperceptions so you can see the infinite power within. There is something so elegant about these teachings that you can apply it in any area of your life and fits perfectly with Jungian psychology.

The teachings have had such a pivotal impact on our lives that we wanted to share them with you for deeper understanding and personal transformation.

You are your deepest driving desire. As your deepest driving desire is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is, so is your destiny. - The Upanishads

We put together a curriculum for a two-day retreat that will introduce you to these life-changing concepts or, if you are already familiar with the teachings, you will get a direct understanding of how to apply them in your life. You can never hear them enough and they literally challenge all the assumptions you made about yourself and life so you can free your mind and experience true bliss and awakening.

2-DAY VIRTUAL (ONLINE) LIVE EVENT

SELF-AWAKENING RETREAT

Saturday & Sunday, December 5th & 6th - 9am-4pm PT / Noon - 7pm ET

Retreat Overview

This workshop will cover the 4 key areas outlined below. You will also receive recordings of the entire retreat as well as the visualizations and live exercises to revisit after the weekend is over.

DAY ONE: SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5TH

PART 1: NATURE OF AWARENESS & MAYA

Explore the layers of reality from the personal to spiritual and how the mind is the center. Gain insights that will help you train the mind to turn inward toward awakening from ego misperceptions.

PART 2: TRANSFORMING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE WORLD

Expand your knowledge on the concepts of Karma and the personal conditioning which is creating your current results and distorting your perception of the true reality.

DAY TWO: SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6TH

PART 3: BALANCING SHATKI & SHIVA (MATTER & SPIRIT)

Experience yourself as a spiritual being having a human experience. Integrate the sensory (Shakti) and spiritual (Shiva) experience of the world. Move beyond non-attachment to a deeper concept of your spiritual nature

PART 4: AWAKENING THE TRUE SELF

Move beyond thought to a direct experience of the Self through the practice of Jnana Yoga. We awaken the internal Self, the Buddhi mind (divine intellect) which gives us a clear path looking inward to the infinity within. Sip from the nectar of immortality by bridging the concept of the sensory world with the formless Self.

 "It is we who we have put our hands before our eyes and cry that it is dark.”
