Here's what to expect each day of the challenge

DAY 1: INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION

Whether you are a seasoned meditation practitioner or just wondering how to get started, review the basics of meditation and how to use the practice to bring more benefits to your life. Learn:

  • The difference between meditation v. visualization
  • The benefits and purpose of meditation
  • The different mental states
  • The structure of the mind-body that creates your experience of reality
  • Meditation Day 1: Free-Style warm up and explore your practice 

DAY 2: BODY MEDITATION

On Day 2 we start with the outer layer of meditation practice by beginning with the physical body. We will share:

  • How to create the environment for your meditation practice
  • The importance of your body posture in your meditation
  • Using your breath to help focus your mind
  • Meditation Day 2:  Sitting Presence

DAY 3: SUBTLE BODY MEDITATION

On Day 3 we will move inward to the subtle body. In eastern wisdom traditions they call it prana or the life force. Learn:

  • What is prana?
  • How the breath is an integral part of the meditation practice and connects us to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system
  • How to quickly get to a state of calm by using the breath
  • How the prana energy can be directed
  • Meditation Day 3: Subtle Body 

DAY 4: AWAKENING MEDITATION 

On Day 4, we focus now on the thoughts of the mind and how meditation is an incredible way to direct the mind to access higher states of awareness and bliss. We will share:

  • What is the ego?
  • Where does our thinking come from?
  • How to release your fear and anxiety by practicing concentration
  • Meditation Day 4: True Awakening 

DAY 5: PURE AWARENESS MEDITATION 

On Day 5, we bring you closer to your higher self in your meditation practice - the pure awareness. We will share:

  • A review of the past four days of meditations
  • The ultimate goal of meditation 
  • Why meditation is not just for stress relief but as a spiritual practice
  • How meditation is essential for coaches, healers and therapists
  • Meditation Day 5: Pure Awareness
