Are you a Coach pursuing, or renewing, your ICF Credential? Join Joanne Newborn, Professional Jungian Coach and ICF Certified Coach (ACC), to fulfill your required 10 hours of Mentor Coaching for ACC level.
The next group mentoring program will Fall 2025. The program will span 3 months, includes 7 hours of group mentoring plus 3 hours of individual (one-to-one) mentoring and meets ICF's Mentor Coaching Requirements.

About the Program
As a graduate of this program, you will develop and strengthen ICF Core Competencies and achieve the minimum 10 hour mentor coaching required to pursue your ICF Credential.
Your Program Includes:
- 7 hours mentor coaching in a group setting hosted by Joanne Newborn
- 3 hours of private 1:1 mentor coaching with ICF Certified Coach, Joanne Newborn
- Student Forum with 24-7 Access to the Group
Credentialing candidates on the ACC (or ACC Renewal Path) must complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching prior to submitting their application.
The Mentor Coaching hours must occur over a three-month period or longer.
Of the 10 hours of mentoring, three hours must be one-on-one. The remaining seven hours may be in a group program setting.
Our Group Mentor Coach holds a valid ACC Credential.
Please Note:
This program is designed to prepare you for ICF Certification coaching submission and final exam.
This program is NOT for personal growth exploration and getting private coaching on personal or professional issues or get additional training in Jungian techniques or concepts.

Program Schedule
Group sessions will take place on Mighty Networks. All group mentor coaching calls will be recorded and available on the course platform within 24 hours.
GROUP CALLS
A total of 7 hours of group mentoring
- Monday, October 6, 5pm - 6pm ET
- Monday, October 20, 5pm-6:30pm ET
- Monday, November 3, 5pm-6:30pm ET
- Monday, November 17, 5-6:30pm ET
- Monday, December 1, 5pm-6:30pm ET
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
A total of 3 hours of one-to-one mentoring will be scheduled separately.
Meet Joanne
Joanne is a Certified Leadership Coach bringing over 20+ years in the Corporate landscape in Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Team Management. Her academic background includes an MBA from Penn State University, where she graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors.
She is an extremely proud graduate of CreativeMind's Coaching program and has had her ACC credential from the ICF since 2021. She is also a Certified DiSC Practitioner and DEI Coach.
In addition to coaching, Joanne is a frequently published writer and speaker at conferences and universities on the topics of business strategy, leadership, mindset, and team dynamics.
Joanne will be leading both the group and 1:1 mentor coaching aspects of the program.
